MASSAGE

Thai Traditional Thai Massage
Combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen, and assisted yoga postures. This is traditionally performed on the floor (optional!) without oils. Clients should wear loose, comfortable clothing for this massage.

Swedish Massage
Combines a variety of techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by applying pressure to them against deeper muscles and bones, and rubbing in the same direction as the flow of blood returning to the heart. 

Lymphatic massage
A lymphatic drainage massage uses very light pressure and long, rhythmic strokes that gets the lymph fluid moving and directs the toxins into the organs that can properly remove them.

Jet lag massage
For travellers who opt a massage as a way to relieve the stress of travel.
Reducing fatigue and stimulating circulation allow the internal clock to naturally adjust to your new time zone.

SESSIONS

All massage sessions usually lasts between 30 and 90 minutes.
