Make exercise new habit during the quarantine

How?Just do it! Start today a new ritual.

Choose the time of the day that best foot to your program and start your exercise every day at the same time. Your goal is to complete 21 days. Then you will have a new healthy routine!
Start with simple things.Ready? Go! Open the door and go out! Walking around your house can be a great beginning. Don’t worry about how long or how intense.Enjoy the fresh air and explore new corners of your neighborhood. Don’t forget your headphones! Music gives always more motivation!

If you like staying at home find a small space, put on your favorite song, and start doing small jogging or jacks following the rhythm. Choose one or two easy exercises like squats or chest lifts and count 10 repetitions 3 times. You can use your, bottles of water or handle of broom as props.

Do it every day and take one day off. Just 10 or 15 minutes are enough for you to begin.

Put an everyday reminder on your mobile phone. Send yourself an email or a memo app and start right away! Don’t let the time pass away!
