PILATES

Pilates is a physical fitness system developed by Joseph Pilates, a German physicist. Pilates called his method “Contrology” because he believed that the mind should have the ability to control the body. He focused his method around six key principles: Centering, Control, Concentration, Precision, Breath and Flow.
Pilates improve muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina. Stimulate the immune system. Reduce stress and tension. Create sense of wellbeing and calm.
At Wellnessproject , we mainly follow the International BASI Pilates method that offers a complete body-workout with a unique, accurate and dynamic flow. It employs all parts of the body, offering a truly complete exercise in each session.

Our most important goal is to learn you how to stand correctly with a good aligment and move with awareness and efficiency on your every day preventing you from pain and balancing between a strong and a flexible spine.

SESSIONS

All Yoga and Pilates sessions are 55-minutes and are taught in English, Spanish and Greek.
Private, duo and group training are offered.
